Process
By prioritizing user needs, I crafted an intuitive interface that simplified the home-buying process. Witnessing the positive impact on users was incredibly rewarding, fueling my passion for human-centered design and creating exceptional digital experiences.
Challange : Users are stressed throughout the entire process.
"In a project, conducted in-depth interviews with 7 buyers and 5 agents to uncover pain points. Key challenge: users facing unresponsiveness from agents during contact, leading to stress and frustration in competitive buying situations."
Solution:
To address the challenge, we created a modern landing page. Users can select properties and book appointments with agents directly. Eliminating waiting for responses enhances peace of mind and provides a seamless experience. Once users click on the CTA button, they are directed to a contact landing page where they can schedule appointments at their convenience.
Challange : Users want as much information as possible about the property and the surrounding area.
User research revealed missed essential property information. Users seek appealing pictures, basic details (size, rooms), and more about the surrounding area (schools, hospitals, parks). They value comparing properties with similar listings. To address this, we integrated comprehensive property data, high-quality visuals, and a user-friendly comparison feature, enhancing their home search experience.
Solution:
We created a smart property detail page, featuring high-quality photos and nearby amenities. Users can compare listings and find FAQs directly on the page, addressing repetitive queries. These enhancements significantly improved the user experience, enabling informed decisions and hassle-free exploration of property surroundings.
