I had the pleasure of providing Immergas, a global leader in gas boiler production and sales, with a new, fresh website. Exhaustive marketing and user research identified pain points. Armed with valuable data, a clear vision emerged for the redesigned website, ensuring an exceptional user experience and meeting the company's goals.

Challenge: Users are confused in process to choose right gas boiler

Our research revealed a significant user demographic: older individuals, often single, facing challenges in selecting a new gas boiler. The complexity overwhelms them, leaving them confused, especially for a 60-year-old woman navigating this process. Addressing this, we sought a tailored solution to cater to their needs, ensuring a more accessible and user-friendly experience for this demographic.

Solution:

Our solution to this challenge is a concise and user-friendly product wizard. Users answer four straightforward questions, such as their living situation and the number of bathrooms in their home. By leveraging universally known information, the product wizard provides personalized gas boiler recommendations. This ensures simplicity and accuracy in selecting the right product for each user's home and needs.

Challenge: creating separate websites for two diverse target groups

Immergas website caters to two distinct target audiences: regular customers and business-to-business clients (company partners). To serve them effectively, we segmented the website into two versions. Each version provides tailored information for its respective audience, addressing the distinct needs of B2C and B2B customers separately.

Solution:

We created two distinct versions of the website. In the main menu at the top, users can switch between "For Customers (B2C)" and "For Partners (B2B)" options. The visual design of the website remains consistent, while the content varies slightly. The B2B version includes partnership details, a different pricing strategy, and certification information
